Collection: Silk Velvet

The beautiful, soft hand of our velvet fabric creates exceptional highs and lows in the fabric, really showing off our hand-dyeing techniques.  Our velvet is comprised of 15% silk (backing) and 85% rayon (pile).

Our velvet is dye-set and throughly washed.  We recommend hand-washing the velvet in cool water with a non-alkaline soap, such as Ivory or Woolite.  As with any natural fiber, sunlight will encourage fading.  

Colors are subject to slight variations due to the nature of the hand-dye process.
